SUMMARY
Provide formal consultation, supportive assistance, and professional development that promote effective rigorous and relevant classroom instruction. Analyze and interpret student data and provide interventions based on that data through Multi-Tier System of Supports (MTSS).
QUALIFICATIONS
Certification: Must have an Elementary K-6 Certification. Additional certification in Special Education or Reading Specialist preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Skills in relationship building educational leadership, conflict resolution, creativity, problem solving and decision-making. Knowledge of assessing students, curriculum, flexible pacing, flexible instruction, and strategic interventions. Knowledge of effectively solving problems through a positive collaborative approach. Knowledge of the instruction of students with varied learning styles and levels of mastery. Strong organizational skills.
Abilities: Assist and share responsibility with Principal, General Education Teachers, specialists, and support personnel to design, assist in implementation of Response to Instruction and Intervention. Provide instruction to students using research based instructional programs and strategies.
Pay Rate: $56,083.00-$90,959.00 (based on highest earned degree and years of experience)
